To be feeling a bit frazzled...

DH and I have had 2 whole weeks off together with our lovely DS, who is 2.3. He is fab, but is a real chatterbox, and still rather attached to Mummy. Which is lovely, but wearing.

We get up and he plays well etc and is generally very good and I know we're blessed. But oh my goodness, the chatter! "Mummy, what you doing? Where's Daddy gone? Where's my Peppa? Oh, I found her! Mummy, what you doing? Sing me a song, Mummy. Again. Again. Again." Repeat until bedtime. I try to give good responses and listen carefully to what he's saying and hold a nice conversation, but it is wearing.

And I'd rather like to go back to my nice, quiet office now. With cleaners. And different adults. And go to the loo in peace. Grin

I have three DCs, oldest is 5. Last week I was ecstatic last week when I made it to the loo without one of them following me!

Then some bastard rang the doorbell Angry
