Trampolining in the rain

Sitting in my conservatory for a bit of quiet reading but kids next door are jumping up and down shouting on their trampoline.

Is it just me who thinks this is a bit odd as it's quite dark and p***g down. So much for a bit of peace

Really? I have the clumsiest child ever and he bounces pretty much daily and no accident in the past 3 years :touch wood:

My kids love sloshing around on trampolene in rain.

Go have a word if they haven't gone in by 8pm.

Back n the day when we had one, the ds's went on it in all weather as long as it was swept and clean of bird poo.

Great way to rid themselves of excess energy, love them, as long as we were was prepared to supervise them in the cold.

keith my boys are exceptionally boisterous.

I know children who trampoline in wet suits when it rains.

We used to use ours in the rain or with a hose pipe in the summer - and that was well before safety mats and nets!! The only accident, ever, on our trampoline was a drunk adult!!

I have no problem with kids playing out in the dark or the rain but no longer allow dc's to trampoline if its wet.
DD slipped and banged her head on the metal frame whilst doing so. Not worth the risk!
