and before you all tell me not to watch it, I'm stuck with it as I'm confined to the lounge with the ironing board, where DH is watching it.
Bloody moronic repetitive singing and the inane commentary.
Oh and the lovely introduction where the players walk in with the sexy ladeez Hmm

Oh Sad isn't there another room? Or a laptop you can put Iplayer on very loudly?

LetUsPrey · 01/01/2013 21:50

YANBU. DH is watching it too. He's another one who feels the need to keep me up-to-date with the match.

I. Don't. Care.

I'm MNing and trying not to buy stuff online.

My DH LOVES darts. He also watches cricket. I will watch darts over cricket any day. More to mock watch.

I think it's great that they allow such doddery chaps to play with sharp pointy darts. I mean, why else would they need their young carers to help them on to the stage?

Should be included in the Olympics. Can you imagine 'our boys' parading in their track suits at the opening ceremony - ahhhhhh.

Loved it! Got my little one excited by dancing every time there was a 180!

Happiestinwellybobs · 02/01/2013 12:25

Don't watch it through the year but can't wait for the darts at the Lakeside to start on Saturday. "Are you readdddy?.... Let's....play.....darts!!!" Brilliant - it's part of Christmas :)

ChippingInLovesChristmasLights · 02/01/2013 12:30

What channel is it on tonight? I can't find it?!

TalkShowsOnMute · 02/01/2013 12:41

YABU. We all love the darts in our house! I'm thinking of getting actual tickets for the next one, complete with naff fancy dress outfits.

Also, if it's good enough for Poshos like Clare Balding and Jack Whitehall, then that's good enough for me!

Christmas and New Year would not be the same without the PDC World Darts.

WhereTheWildOnesSnow · 02/01/2013 12:58

Another one who loves darts here, would love to go watch it one day.

But then, I object to all manner of people in my front room, Phil Taylor, convicted sex pest being one of them. I put him in the same category as that thing from Red Dwarf, Craig wotsit who pitched up in a soap opera, then again, I was never particularly fond of Leslie Grantham either.
