So mil & Gil have 'popped' round to bring gifts. I offer to cook tea, think small buffet/carpet picnic food. I come into the living room with food for dd and ds(1) after having set out a blanket for the children to eat on. And they go off to get their food with dh and stay in the kitchen, literally sat at the table. There were 10 ish dishes/plates of food, more than enough for all and they stayed there.
Eventually dh pops his head around the corner to ask if I want some bringing in. Then he fucks off again. There's no way I can say anything without looking like a moody bitch. Just so inconsiderate. And most of the stuff was hot food. If there was a table cloth they probably would have tucked it into the top of their tops like a napkin.
