Is my 7.5 month old too young to go out to play?

My little girl is 7.5 months old and I'm wondering if she is too young to go out and play.

She has this friend who comes around 2 or 3 times a day. This friend sits outside our house and waits for my girl to spot her, and then they'll sit either side of the window staring at each other, occasionally crying. Sometimes this friend brings another friend.

The problem is, I'm not sure how old these friends are. The one who comes daily is about twice the size of my girl. The other one is bigger too but not quite as big. I don't even know how old they are.

AIBU to not let me little girl go out and play with these two friends?

Aww, you got my hopes up! I was hoping it had become socially acceptable to let 7.5 month old babies out in the street to play, and looking forward to a little bit of peace and quiet

I hope you've had her spayed if you're letting her out alone. Don't want her coming home pregnant!
