wrapping gifts for my mum Dsis and her partner. My nephew took an hour and a half last night

Enjoying my last night at home sans baby (induction tomorrow).

GD though so no cake, chocolate, biscuits or wine. Just had 2 lovely kiwi fruit(s?) though

I was SUPPOSED to be at DH's Christmas do, in a beautiful dress, with a gorgeoys new haircut, drinking cocktails and generally having a lovely time then eating a very posh three course dinner.

Instead I am sitting on the sofa, on my tod, drowning my sorrows after DS1 was sent home from school "ill". He perked up shortly after I'd cancelled the babysitter.

I wouldn't mind but there isn't even any chocolate in the house. Unless I open the Quality Street that we are Saving For Christmas.

Sorry to all the MNers feeling a bit blue, having a crap night.

I am now wrapped in clingfilm (well my head is) for the next 3 1/2 hrs, nursing a glass of wine, a tum full of curry and bored with come dine with me, so I will put Vampire Diaries Dawson's Creek with pointy teeth my guilty pleasure, on instead.

So, I've finished my curry, the rabbit is being naughty and eating hay straight from the bag and I'm catching up on Misfits.

Bedmonster Bump is 15 weeks so it may well still be pie, but I like patting pie too!
