DD2 got it last year it's rubbish our dog was constipated then DD3 got ahold of it and the poo got all hair from the carpet

There's a series of books we have, called horrible sciences, related to the Horrible Histories stuff (written by same author).

One of them is about poisons, all the gory bits. And the DCs especially love the bit about phosphorus poisoning making your poo and sick glow in the dark..... The downside is that is usually just before you die

Theer is some really gruesome stuff there that they find fascinating.
