To ask mose experienced MNers what the poo troll is??

Em, I'm quite new to Mumsnet, but I've seen this mentioned a few times. Is it what I think it is? Does this mean that if I have a question or say, illness, in which poo is involved, I should keep it to myself? Is it funny or disgusting?

How is it decided who is a troll and not when it comes to body issues (except I saw the new look one!), some people really do have to do manual evacuation and a relative has to have their bits dried with a cool hair dryer (on recommendation from a skin/tissue specialist)?
