I've decluttered my house. And now I feel like it would be good for me to declutter my life. I spend way too much time on the internet and it's not actually restful use of my spare time.

Oh, but I need mumsnet in a crisis I do. Maybe just facebook and twitter.

I am an addict.

I gave up Twitter two months ago, read FB very sporadically. MN is more difficult to cut but I do try occasionally and always feel better for it. Giving up the sites, even for a few days, gives me:
-more time
-less guilt through constant procrastination
-less guilt through constant fobbing off the DCs as I read another IABU thread

I swear giving up Twitter has given me a clearer head - I don't feel like I'm constantly half-listening to other people's conversations. I think it depends how self-disciplined you are (I'm not very) , so cutting them completely works best for me.
