Why do we need docs and films about a shite fanfiction book.

I don't really care even though its shit that it's over hyped and everyone wants to talk about it. I feel irrational rage that theres all the shit that comes off the back of it.

3steps 50shades is the least with my nan but it would be unfair to talk about what she used to get up to.

I'd like to lob in my excuse for crap reading - I'm a translator by trade and am often lazy in my non-work reading as I don't want to have to concentrate so much on the words!

Why are you so bothered?! You sound like the most hyped up about it! People are so snotty about it, yes it was a bit 'twee' in areas but I would have gladly written it for all the millions she is getting! Good for her and I hope she sticks two fingers up to the snotty people out there who boast about not reading it!

I skipped to all the dirty bits skim read the first two and a bit of the third before I got fed up. To me they were like shopping lists with some sex thrown in.

I agree that too much shite has come off the back of this-enough already!! The latest to piss me off is the 'Official 50 Shades collection' on Love Honey which is basically stuff they already sell but in black & grey with a quirky little title.......

I did enjoy the books though which surprised me as not my thing at all.

I got all 3 on free download and read them under protest as I kept getting told I couldn't slate them if I hadn't read them. Oh dear, they're awful!

Am I the only person who ended up skipping the sex bits to get on with the 'story' of who the publishing boss really was and why he hated CG? That was mildly interesting and if it had been elaborated upon would have made the characters a bit more than the cardboard cut outs they ended up as. The sex bits? Meh...

As for that Lovehoney stuff - yeuch!

YANBU - it was an truely dreadful book, I only made it to page 70 and then lost the will.......total crap!
