I sent my poor son into school in a pink t-shirt today

he is 5

he said everyone except someone called George made fun of him and said he was wearing a girls t-shirt

I am a bit taken aback people still do this idle stereotyping, especially at 4 and 5 yo

Pink is a fab colour for boys. I like wearing it as it suits me but DS1 absolutely will not (age 12) for fear of being mocked by friends no matter how much I encourage him.

give him a year or 2 and he will be wearing it all depends what is in fashion amongst his friends
