To think I'm still protected (Possible TMI)

Hey y'all

If you have D&V 10 hours after taking the combined pill are you still protected? Took mine at 8pm (usual time) and was best mates with the bathroom between 6 and 7am.

wellthen it is different to a missed pill because D&V changes your gut flora, and you need your normal lower gut bacteria to break it down, it doesn't get digested in the stomach, the bugs do it then you reabsorb it from your lower system

so its not just a case of having potentially having vomited up the pill therefore making it "missed", its also about letting your systems bacteria get back to normal so that you are properly absorbing them again
