Fail alert

Trenton Oldfield are you listening ?
Don't jump in the water, jump up and down on someones head.
Much less hassle and you won't upset the judiciary.

The judge said something daft like "if you do this again, you will then go to prison".

The woman already had four convictions for assault. I bet the judges said exactly the same then.

With judges as out of touch and idiotic as this, I'm surprised people don't take the law into their own hands more often.

I already did a thread on this, apparently we should have people like this PTSleep like dogs Confused.

I personally think tougher sentencing and kids not being a get out of jail free card would be the first step.

In a way softlysoftly I suppose people are just venting frustration that people like this woman commit assault time and time again and get away with it. To rear children - which is in itself worrying.

The alternative is to send them to prison at the expense of the taxpayer. There is not enough prison space to do this. Or money anymore.

I don't immediately agree with death penalties anyway but I do think our prisons need to be more off putting as in America ( although I may have been watching too much Bravo). Or the three strikes and a nice long spell in prison.

What about the people who have been put in prison for non-abusive reasons, like failure to pay bills/council tax/arrears etc. They should be released to make room for violent people who are an actual danger to society.

She should have been locked up for that attack and also to serve a warning to other violent offenders that they won't stay out of prison for long if they continue their abusive ways.

Her kids need to be sent to live with people who are good role models and willing to take them on. Hopefully then the kids will learn that it's better to be brought up in a family who encourage the kids to be a good citizens and not model their mother by kicking seven shades of shite out of someone.
