To not want an All pink nursery for my baby girl?!

Any advice where I can find a feminine but not all pink nursery interior set? Don't want room to be overly pink but that said don't want it to be just neutral either (yes I know I'm a fussy sod)
Best I've seen and liked so far is Prickles and Twoo set from lollipop lane www.lollipoplane.co.uk/uk/prickles-and-twoo-bedding-bale.htm
Am I some sort of crazy lady to not one an all pink room I'm thinking I must be?

and by the time her sister was old enough to care her rooom was far too mesy to even see the carpet, let alone worry what colour it was, Grin!

Nursery: a room in a house for the special use of young children

Anyway, there are plenty of non-pink options. Ikea was great for this.

Here's a link to Ikea's children's textiles range - for each theme, they have cot,bed and curtain stuff, rugs and other bits and bobs such as cuddly toys to match. Most of it is unisex and we went for the woodland fox scene, - but and we added in some of their wall decal things (stickers), of hot air balloons with animals in from a different design but it works well together.

The Veg pattern textiles are pretty cool too - we almost got that design instead.

I'll put a picture of mine on here for you in a minute so you can get some ideas! Just got to get it off my phone on to my profile... hmmmm.

englishgirlapproximately I love the Sleepy Owl set from dunelm! It's gorgeous. We are getting a green ikea cot so it will go perfectly. Thanks for a great recommendation!

Second (or third) Ikea suggestion - I looked at those a few days ago and lamented having updated dc's bedrooms already...

Only read your post - Mamas and Papas is where I got mine from & they have a lot of nice neutral but cute themes.

The one I picked was nursery rhymes and broadly pale green/natural hues.

Also, if you go onto Blick.com and look a the range... ah fuck I've forgotten. It's like 'Little something'. Search for wildlife or safari and you'll find it. Basically wall stickers that are mainly a quirky black and white but with some coloured pieces. They are again neutral. You can re-peel so not permanent - they are nice for nurseries, but Blick have looooads of designs so you could get something else if you didnt like.

My dd's room is yellow, blue, green and orange with a large mural of sky with fluffy clouds, kites, birds, some rolling hills and animals.

I can't work out how to get a picture from my iPhone on here :( Technical dunce here...

I really hate this attitude that seems to be prevailing on mn at the moment that if something isnt absolutely necessary then one shouldn't do it.

Lots of things aren't necessary but the op wants to. It will be a nice experience doing it, help her feel like shes preparing etc and whilst the baby might not appreciate it the op will! If she wasn't bothered then thats fine too, but really - life would be pretty miserable if we bought the bare essentials and never what we fancied.

OP: Ikea do nice bits and pieces, there are some lovely girly but not too pink curtains I saw last time I was there...

teddy no problem. We really didn't want cream and looked everywhere then fell in love with that. We got some owl wall stickers from ebay and it looks lovely :)

Mamas and papas have a few unisex sets. I went with whirligig.
