I wish them an eternity in Hell, so sad about Malala Yousafzai who was trying to help her fellow women in that backward place.

almost as bad as this report

The Taliban seem to have said that if she survives they will go after her again, if I heard the report right this morning.

If so, surely she and her family need to be moved as soon as she can physically manage, to a place of safety?

Which might keep her safe and possibly enable her to continue her education but what of all the other women and girls trapped there?

what a desperately sad situation.

I saw this last night, it's awful for that poor girl and she's an amazing young person. We really take what we have for granted over here.

It is awful. Sad

Does anyone know what will happen now? She should be protected, shouldn't she?

I can't begin to imagine being that brave at 14.

Someone made the point on the thread in feminism about this, that they targeted her because in their eyes, she is now an adult women, not a child, so it's 'ok'. Awful, but I think probably true.
