Rebecca please do. There was a reason that Christmas has it's own topic. Some of us really, really, would like to keep our heads in the sand about it for as long as possible. It's getting harder and harder in the RW when they start with Christmas stuff in August, can we please leave MN a Christmas Free Zone for as long as possible, there's a whole topic there for people who do want to talk about it.

I don't and I don't want to have to avoid MN for two months as well and I know for a fact there are quite a few other MNers who don't want to be reminded of Christmas when they are on here for months on end :(

sheela where did you get the phrase 'aged p' from? It rings a jingle bell.

SheelaNeGig · 08/10/2012 06:12

Great expectations.

I inadvertently got sucked into a thread discussing where to buy gingerbread houses a few weeks ago, then answered another one on half price toys and mentioned the C word again. Would the first one count as the equivalent of the first cuckoo of spring? < oblique reference to a different C word, for soothing purposes>

The first Robin?

Praps the week after Bonfire night?
