Like others have said it does very much depend on whether you tidy first.
I used to be a cleaner and this what i would do
In 1 1/2 hours did 3 reception rooms, hallway, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms.
In 2 hours did 2 reception rooms, hallway (including de-fluffing stairs), utility, kitchen, study, 3 beds ,2 bathrooms.
In 3 hours did 3 reception rooms, 2 hallways/staircases, utility, kitchen, 3/5 bedrooms (depending on guest etc), 2 bathrooms.
What you want doing sound very reasonable, I'd be wanting different extras each week as well if I were you, on a monthly basis skirting boards windows inside oven and fridge etc.
