milliesmummy have you seen the film 'Donnie Darko? Jake Gyllenhaal plays a very dark, mysterious part in that, and he pulls it off really well... He's in the right age group, he has the all important eyes, and he has the mean & moody smouldering look about him

He's my christian grey anyway, i think Alexis Bledel would be a perfect Ana... Pretty in a natural, understated, not too obvious way

Blake Lively as kate, and Ryan Phillipe as Elliot.
Nina Dobrev as Leila, Rachel Bilson as Mia Grey (although she is older than mia's character but would pass for early 20's easily)

Im still undecided on who i would like to see cast as Elenor.. maybe Cameron Diaz?
