To think it very weird to offer this on Freecycle?

And not to mention downright UN-NA-CEP-TA-BLE.

Someone on my local freecycle has just offered two fruitshoots.

I kid you not. Two small fruitshoots. Not even My-5s.

Who on earth is going to drive to a strangers house to collect two fruitshoots? Very fecking weird! Or am I being particularly difficult.

Blush I offered some baby bottles and said they'd been stored for a while and would need a wash and steralise

Is that a faux pas?

They were taken quite quickly

I couldn't be fucked with Freecycle so when I cleared out our garage I put a big bag of cuddly toys and a couple of boxes of videos on the front wall with a sign saying "FREE - PLEASE TAKE WHAT YOU LIKE" just befotre school kicking out time (there's a primary school round the corner from us). One family took half the toys, other randoms took the other half and one bloke asked me to save the videos for him and he'd come back for them with his car. They were only the kids' ones so I asked him if he also wanted the adult ones (didn't think it was appropriate to put those out at that time) and he said yes, so I kept them back for him and happily handed over about five boxes fifteen minutes later. If he can be arsed to try to sell them on, more power to him.
