I was in Cambodia, I think it was the open truck to Thailand that did for me. I thought I had sunstroke then ended up in hospital. The Thais in the hospital were hilarious, "Cambodia is VERY bad for foreigners." Said with a slow shake of the head

Oh no, bumpy logging roads in open trucks are never the best way to travel. Especially when you hit land slides and have to stop and clear the road! One place we stopped at, we were called "orang putti giela" which translated to mad white people:o
