don't freak, it's a very low starter low bed. But our walls are thin and he falls out with a loud thump and when we go into his room he's still fast asleep on the floor!

I remember being about 5 or 6yrs old and waking up in the bottom bunk of the bed. My brother asked me if I thought anything was 'strange'?

I couldn't work out what it was until he pointed out that I'd gone to sleep in the top bunk.

Apparently, I'd fallen out of the top bunk onto the hard lino floor and still not woken up Shock

I can't laugh DD1 fell out of a hotel bed last week and cracked her head really hard on the nightstand, still feel the terror of looking down at her expecting the worst now. :(

She was ok eventually.
