Well, the distinguishing factor is presumably the lack of condom, which resulted in baby, and then they all went on JK to determine paternity.

People (presumably) checking each other for herpes outbreaks and using condoms aren't very grubby in comparison.

I don't have a problem with people having as many sexual partners as they want as long as everyone is safe & willing, it's the not cleaning between partners I think is grubby.

Yes, condoms can still split. That's why regular STI checks are also important. I admit, I didn't mention those before.
