Utterly sick of mooching around in jeans and a shirt that are invariably slightly grubby, and then if we go to the pub, changing into a clean version of the same thing.

I want to feel pretty and girly, but although the pub is v posh in a v posh vllage (we live one village over, we are not posh but the LL is a friend of ours :o), is it still a bit much?

I love the dress and havent worn it yet, but as I say, I just want to feel ....I dunno......nice!

Oscar Wilde once said ' you can never be overdressed or overeducated' . So go for it ! ( you can tell I've had two glasses of cheap Pinot).

Coming from someone who massively overdresses for work, shopping, meals out etc I'd say of course wear it. You'll draw attention for all the right reasons.

I always overdress for work or going out (the rest of the time it's bag lady central!).

Gorgeous dress, wear with a big smile (and some nice shoes obvs).
