Having spent ages trying and failing to secure a reasonably priced 6 month let to stay in while we have our house extended, I found a one bed new build quite expensive one bed flat, but because a lot of landlords seemed put off when I mention the twins I kept quiet.
Now feel really guilty and nervous, have I commited a huge fraud Sad.
I will take good care of flat

YABU

havent read all

really its not ever heard that i take a lanlords side but in this case i would

its a 1 bed for a reason and id bet money that the lanlord would expect a single/couple to rent HIS property

its under hand and decitful imo

and if you go ahead dont be suprised if you get evicted when he finds out

sorry but you did ask

OP, go ask on landlordzone or moneysavingexpert's house buying & renting section. I truthfully don't know the answer, but neither do most of the people giving you definitive answers on here.
