I remember this story and it was fairly unanimous on Mn that it was a pile of crud then and now even bigger pile of rubbish.

Obviously she isn't overweight and is incredibly fit. But to want her body is just as unrealistic and damaging as wanting any other unrealistic body shape. Most women can't spend 8 hours a day exercising, so talk about her achievements but put it in perspective. Her body is irrelevant, it's her sport that counts.
