Dh is sleeping in lounge and back door unlocked. Tent is literally outside the door on the decking. Backgate is locked. Garden is overlooked by horseshoe of neighbours and it is enclosed by houses.

I just seen the other thread with 5 year old and now im shitting myself concerned I may have made stupid mistake.

They are still awake and absolutely having a riot with midnight feasts, torches and psp's and gadgetry.

I'm trying to hold back from coaxing them back in the house to sleep. Dh says they'll be fine and to leave them to it. They both have their bears for cuddling protection.

Ds2 (4) pretend camped and had hot chocolate and story in tent then fell asleep in my bed in sleeping bag.

Have they eaten the sweets?

BuntCadger · 04/08/2012 21:53

Some, saving some for breakfast lol. They've got hot chocolate with marshmallows. Just thrown them out in their pj's for the night. I don't think they want to sleep out there actually. Lol.

Dh says tough, they managed it last night

Does the friend need to go home at some point Bunt? Grin

They are more than double the age of the other one. DS went camping on Dartmoor with the Scouts and no adults with them( although contactable) so I am sure they can manage the back garden at 12yrs!

exoticfruits · 04/08/2012 22:11

Sorry - misuse he was 15 yrs.

exoticfruits · 04/08/2012 22:11

Missed not misuse.

exoticfruits · 04/08/2012 22:14

I made a real mess of that! My intention was to say that if they are going to camp alone on Dartmoor at 15yrs it is a good idea to start in the garden at 12yrs.

sparkling yup tomorrow but he's back on Wednesday Grin.
