As long as they could promise there wouldn't be an eighties soundtrack and lighting I would consider it.

But I definately wouldn't wear a dress like that.

film came out when i was very much in love with my dh, and thought i would then. i can seperate love and sex quite easily (he sulked about it for days)

The thing that makes me laugh about this movie is that everyone focuses on the "would you/wouldn't you with Robert Redford....?"

Yes, probably- are we talking in general or if we were in their situation specifically? Because if I'm remembering it rightly they were about to lose their house and had both lost their jobs...that's a pretty tricky situation.

In another life I had a drug "issue" and sex became a means to an end.

It never made me feel good.

Soooo would. One night would mean we could pay off our mortgage and i could drop to part time at work. It would be a life changing amount of money for one night with an attractive man.

Hell - Robert Redford was so sexy I'd probably do it for free.

I did watch the film years ago (sometime I must add up how many hours of my life I've spent watching the teak countenance of Demi Moore doing [sadface] [intenseface] [kookyface] - too many). Can't remember if RR offered Demi Moore a million quid to sleep with her, or offered Woody H a million quid to sleep with his wife.

If the latter, I'd throw a copy of The Second Sex at him and walk out.

If the former, I would assume he was a con man tbh. So, no.

Yes i would, because i know the resentment of not having the money and living in the crap area that i do, would split us anyway.

I would share it with my DP (we don't live together), if he did it i would expect half (double standards).

Not i wouldn't. Sure, a billion would be life-changing in a very positive way, but so would a million. Hell, 10 grand would really improve my life a great deal!

But i'm not a prostitute. And i'd consider it cheating. And, for me, sex is inseperable from love (didn't use to be that way, but since being with DH i just can't imagine it any other way, [i]aww![/i]).

I would be so so hurt if DH slept with another woman, even if it were for a massive amount of money and he said he didn't enjoy it. He would be hurt if i did it too.
