Yes I agree, for most of the parade, I was thinking very unmumsy thoughts about a lot of the male competitors.

Although I'm not the only one, DP definitely crossed his legs when the Swedish ladies came on.

And my god, the Italian team were a bunch of Armani clad glorious bastards too.....

Czechoslovakia were so taking the piss with their Olympic wellies and brollies - carried even though it wasn't raining. Or maybe they were mis-informed about the Rural Idyll and Glastonbury and thought they'd be wading through horse poo

I thought the wellies and brollies was a bit rude, having a dig at UK weather.
The GB outfits looked better than the US, theres was dowdy, white plimsolls and ankles socks with a knee length skirt on all the women was just ugly.

Team GB looked as if they'd rolled in glue and then run through the Crystal Dome. Between them, they had just enough golds to win the pony-trekking holiday in Wales.

The gold reminded me of the bloke with the extending gold wings on Britains Got Talent. Maybe that's what they were supposed to do.

Sniggering at 'Italy got Armani, GB got Primark'! Vivienne Westward should have got the job - if we are going for the 'eccentric' look, that would have been aces.

Which was the team where the women had huge handbags? It looked like they had just come straight from the airport with their walk on luggage.

Some uniforms were truly terrible though. I did stop sniggering when I saw ours. I quite like the south american ones, and all the baby lotioned chaps (not that I saw a single chap who looked like that last time I was in Fiji).
