Yeah ive done that line runner. I guess its better than phoning environmental health if youre planning on moving, because then you have to declare the conflict to potential buyers. I used to turn the speakers of my crappy old stereo against the wall of the neighbours, turn it up full blast and go out. It soon solved the anti social problem of late night band practice in his living room.
