Crisp in mouth.

I don't get it?

KenLeeeeeee · 23/07/2012 22:31

Croque is French for undertaker, non?

TheVermiciousKnid · 23/07/2012 22:34

I used to have hours of fun with my French-English agricultural dictionary. The French for combine harvester used to keep my housemate and me entertained for hours. [simple minds]

No idea what croquembouche means. Too scared to google it. Is it French for dragon butter?

ChaosTrulyReigns · 23/07/2012 22:37

The Heary Bikers have just said it means "crack in mouth".

OP posts:
ChaosTrulyReigns · 23/07/2012 22:37

OP posts:
ChaosTrulyReigns · 23/07/2012 22:37

OP posts:
kittyandthefontanelles · 23/07/2012 22:39

It means crunch in mouth. They are wrong as well as hairy

diddl · 23/07/2012 22:40

Yup, it means crunch.

I guess that that was their idea of a joke.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 23/07/2012 22:41

I can't remember. :(

BigHairyFlowers · 23/07/2012 22:43

It was the other chap who said "crack in mouth" The hairy bikers could never be wrong, they are far too lovely.

But yes, there was sniggering in the Flowers household, so YANBU. Grin

kittyandthefontanelles · 23/07/2012 22:44

Brilliant story then, knid.

TheVermiciousKnid · 23/07/2012 22:44

It's moissonneuse-batteuse apparently. Hmm I'm sure it used to be something funnier than that. They must have changed it.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 23/07/2012 22:44

Yup.

Standing ovulation for Vermy.

OP posts:
TheVermiciousKnid · 23/07/2012 22:45

Thank you, thank you. I've always wanted a standing ovulation. :)

Primafacie · 23/07/2012 23:01

Undertaker is croquemort. Apparently because undertakers would bite the corpse to make sure he was really dead.

Combined harvester is moissoneuse batteuse

Standing ovulation is ovulation debout :)

Croquembouche means crunch in mouth

Primafacie · 23/07/2012 23:02

Sorry, missed Vermy's post (got blinkered by Chaos!) and she's got the spelling right

UnrequitedSkink · 23/07/2012 23:16

Standing ovulation!? Never heard it called that before...

OhLimpPricks · 23/07/2012 23:25

Snurkel? That word itself makes me cringe!

BigHairyFlowers · 23/07/2012 23:28

I love snurkle.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 24/07/2012 12:20

Snurkling makes me release endorphins in my speshul plave.
