fed up with getting soaked pushing a pushchair

I have a 6 month old baby, and with this weather, I find it near impossible to hold a brolly and push a pushchair. My raincoat is shit in heavy rain and i still get soaked to the fucking knickers.

Why hasn't a pushchair manufacturer produced a rain cover that goes over pushchair and parent/pusher?

i find that if the umbrella has a curved handle at the bottom its fine to hold (not an enormous one though), not sure why though
