Mine are age 4, 5 and 6 and they all have the same. Typically-

Sandwich, one piece of bread with ham or cheese or tuna and corn mayo or something.
Fruit, apple or banana, something like that.
Carrot sticks, cherries tomatos, cucumber, about half (or a bit over) a child's handful.
Sometimes a treat (depending how big a tuck I give them) small piece of cake, mini muffin, chocolate biscuit, something like that.
Water to drink.

They also take some tuck, a cereal bar or flapjack or something.

Usually all except the 4yo have something left when they come home.

I am aware that other parents seem to give children quite a lot more than I do. My eldest child has asked for more food, although she doesn't finish what so has 70% of the time.
One of the teaching assistants has also asked if I can give my youngest more food!

They are all with height and weight in proportion according to the red book.

They have a small snack after school, fruit or popcorn or two biscuits, something of that size.

They have cereal and apple juice for breakfast.

AIBU do I give them too little food? I don't think I do.

My 3 year old and 5 year old have a sandwich made with 2 slices of bread, some fruit, a babybel, a yogurt on a typical day.

I would have thought most children would take a whole sandwich with 2 slices of bread? Mine would be starving with just one.

I have 2 ds' (4 and 7). They have:
A sandwich or roll with a variety of fillings including ham, cheese, chicken, egg, tuna ect (ds1 has 2 slices of bread, ds2 just the 1)
At least one pice of fruit, normally 2 or 1 fruit, 1 veg.
A yoghurt straw or home made cake or chocolate biscuit or a few cheddar
Ds2 eats everything normally, ds1 always leaves something no matter how many items I put in, even if I just put 3 things in, one will come home!
They have had a slice of pizza or pasta dish instead of sandwiches and I have been known to take a piece of chicken (drumstick or thigh) as well as the one bits.

Two sandwiches, usually egg mayo, he loves it, cucumber sticks, piece of fruit, yoghurt and cereal bar, or crisps on a Friday :)

My 2 are 7 and 11. Today they've got

Ham wrap
Mini-Babybel
Frube
Chocolate mini roll
Box of raisins

They also take fruit or a cereal bar for break time, and I meet them after school with a banana or something as they come out starving

Mine's pretty simple, just some consecrated bread and wine, plus a Wispa on Fridays.
