I lazed around, watched telly, MNetted, went to the shops and cooked a simple meal of chicken and pasta.

lay in bed and dosed myself up with painkillers every so often. Farking sciatica.

Looked after six year old ds (although he went out to play with local kids so he wasn't under my feet too much), mowed the lawn, cleaned the bathroom, did two loads of washing, did some washing up, hoovered the living room and kitchen, stripped some wall paper in my bedroom, went to my sister's for a family take away tea. Came home and watched wrestling with ds.

took ds and two friends to a preview of the new Disney Pixar film Brave - had a great time. They were all amused that at one point I jumped out of my skin. Thankfully I don't think the kids noticed that dh and I both got a bit tearful at the emotional bits. Even though I know Disney films are designed to pull at your heartstrings, they still get me!

Come back from a all night party feeling shattered (to old)

Cooked dinner for the family

And had amazing love with DP

Woke up earlyish at MIL's after broken night's sleep listening to rain.
Full cooked breakfast with family, feeling much less hungover than would normally.
DP's birthday so gave him his presents etc.
Chat chat chatting with MIL and SIL, mainly about SIL's recently diagnosed IBS and what she can do about it.
Home. Watching tennis despite lack of interest on my part and DP loathing Andy Murray.
Early night for DD who has been very challenging lately.
Champagne. Very lovely roast chicken with a very lovely red.
Watched Wallander. Moaned repeatedly about how absurd it seems to have a Scandanavian drama, filmed in Scandanavia but with English actors. Just the worst of both worlds imo. I much prefer Swedish Wallander.
Bed now, rather happy that DP has a week off. If only there were some decent weather for him to enjoy, things would be perfect.

Woke up, 'suggested' dd might like to wake up dp ( who had escaped to the spare room when dd joined us last night). Went back to sleep- had freaky dreams. Had bacon sarnie and shower. Took dd to soft play, had coffee and cake with friends, did supermarket shoP. came home, all of us had a nap. Made lunch, went for a cup of tea at friends house. Home, fed dd. talked to parents on Skype. Did bath and bed for dd. Put about a million clothes away, cleaned bathroom. ate supper/tried crossword with dp. Worked for a couple of hours. Now trying to get dd back to sleep.

Got woken up by kids, repeatedly, so kicked dp out of bed and had my Sunday lie in

Got up and packed spare clothes for me and two out of three kids and my project stuff into the car

Stopped and did a mystery shopping assignment along the way

Arrived at my parents and had a cuppa with my dad before following him up to the bog

Started my ou project, dad took kids back to hos as they both got plastered in bog muck within 20 seconds and were whinging about the cold

Spent two hours trudging around s flooded bog I'm the rain assessing species diversity... Managed not to sink but was cold and fed up so went back to my dad's

Changed clothes and toasted myself in front of a turf fire

Drove home and grabbed pizza takeaway on the way

Got up ridiculously early with DD, tried to go back to bed when DH got up but couldn't sleep, gutted the DC's room then this afternoon took them out on their bikes, ate a thrown-together dinner while watching Wimbledon then put them to bed. Then rode my bike for an hour, had a shower, couple of glasses of wine and bed with DH

Ideally that would've been followed by sleep but as per fucking usual DD woke at 11 and hasn't been back to sleep yet. She'll be up at 4ish as well

Messaged some friends,
more messaging,
done hair and make up,
went to home base to buy paint,
cleaned the house
got little man hs dinner,
cleaned some more
put little man to bed
decorated, finishing at 11
Tidied up behind decorating finished at 12,
showered,
realised i hadnt eaten or got the washing out,
got washing out,
took meds,
grabbed jelly from fridge and crisps,
now eating in bed messaging and on here before bed

Tomorrow will be just as busy!!

Took DS to the out of hours doctors just before midnight

nagged DD into a bath

argued with DD over her clothes - again
read DD the riot act over arguing over clothes again
ate Sunday roast in a local pub :)
went to local festival on the beach:)
bumped into old friends
enjoyed bit of sun
went on big wheel with DD - DH took photos
got drenched & muddy
enjoyed bit of sun
got drenched & muddier still - ad infinitum
met SIL walked around festival in ankle deep mud
left & on walk home dried off
stopped & drank hot chocolate in beach side cafe
washed off mud up to my knees in cafe toilet
walked home in glorious sunshine

got up as can't sleep due to tooth & everything else ache

Slept in while husband looked after our Daugher (I had been up through the night with her)

Watched 'the help' and had to send husband for southern fried chicken to quench the craving for minny's fried chicken (it was disappointing and I felt dirty after)

Cooked and froze haddock which we should've had instead of fried chicken
Discussed fried chicken recipes with husband and vowed to do our own in future (never get takeaway hence disappointment)

Woke to breastfeed daughter and type this.

Actually the naughtynaughty was our first since daughter was born 8 months ago. Momentous and incredible! Much needed!

Got up, made breakfast,
Had lovely morining no pants dance with DH
Tried to get him to feel growing uterus, but it wigged him out too much (only 16 weeks)
went to work weeding the veggie patch
Did necessary for ducks and chickens.
Helped DH continue work on the greenhouse
Whinged about the heat
ate dinner,
MNetting again

Was awokern at 2am by neighbour arguing with her boyfriend. She enjoys moving the furniture about and screaming. Police arrived (not called for by me) and tried to get back to sleep. was late for school drop off. Went to petrol station, supermarket, chatted for one hour with DS's teacher. Went McDonald's for a milkshake. About to clean house.

Yesterday: got up at 6, did the London 10K Nike run (my first ever 10K!) in the morning, then went to the pub for a pint and chips, then whizzed home, showered, packed and fled town for an afternoon of cuddling and roast chicken (not simultaneously) with DP.

Today: got up, swore loudly at aching legs, got the train to work. Am still at work, still swearing at aching legs

I went to bed at 8pm last night and watched a DVD of Roseanne. The house a;arm across the way has been going off for three days now. It isn't so bad as I have left sided deafness, so sleep lieing on the left. Every year they go away this alarm goes off. Really pees me off!
