AIBU to wonder what you wear in the moment before undressing and getting into bed

I wear always my wedding ring, eternity ring, engagement ring and stud earrings. I take off my watch and necklace just after I put on my nightie and get into bed. The last thing I take off are my glasses - blind as a bat.

All my piercings (I have twenty) and my special bracelet DP gave me I never take off plus my special rng. It's from a charty shop yet I have a very strong bond to it.

Nothing. Not even my piercings.

Oh except contact lenses. I have an extremely bad habit if leaving them in for days on end...

Our "moment after undressing and getting into bed" generally lasts about a quarter of an hour, but DH and I are working on trying to cut that down a bit. If DCs are away from home, as they are much of the time these days, nude prancing to the bathroom is in order (unfortunately we haven't got an en suite), and we just wear our wedding rings and glasses - the latter come off once we're in bed. When there is any chance that one or more of our DCs are in the house, then we generally add the fluffy posh monogrammed towelling dressing gowns that SIL gave us last Xmas, and take these off once the bedroom door is closed for the night.

I like the phrase nude prancing, I imagine the two of you doing bespectacled pony impressions. There's a lot of nakedness in the fontanelle household too.

I just take all the toys of the bed and that's it
