Are you in my house???? I'm off to town, by myself. Grin

MsVestibule · 30/06/2012 10:19

Definitely! Take that £20, go to the pictures to see something you want to watch, then have lunch afterwards! That'd learn 'em - bet they'd be more receptive to your suggestions in the future...

LustingAfterMarkDarcy · 30/06/2012 10:19

I may possibly be in your house twitchy eyes :P bet itd be more lively than this place. I am soooo tempted to go out by myself sit and have a nice coffee and bugger them all. miserable mangoes

take your £20 and treat yourself, and leave them to fester at home in front of the tv!

LustingAfterMarkDarcy · 30/06/2012 10:20

MittzbethSalanderLovesJuice · 30/06/2012 10:22

You , go for a walk, into town, go swimming and then have coffee and cake Smile

My other bug bear is when having managed to organise something the ungrateful buggers they just complain and whine incessantly.

Actually, I might go for a cycle ride, go swimming in town, go shopping and then go for coffee and cake! Sounds like a lovely day Grin

Ha ha, I've just had pretty much the same conversation in our house:

Saturday morning kids cheapy cinema deal - boring
Beach - boring
There's a big yacht race near by, let's go and watch the boats - why?
Swimming - small amount of enthusiasm until we realised pool is closed until 2pm
Bike ride - the look of disgust on their faces was priceless
Take dog for walk and have picnic - boring

Flop on couch and watch CBBC? Yes!!!!!!

Oh well, sod the lot of them!

LustingAfterMarkDarcy · 30/06/2012 10:30

Haha! thats exactly whats happened here. The look of horror when i suggested a walk was priceless. A walk, but to where??!! why would we do that. I like the idea of the beach and the yacht race can i come? i promise to be on my best behaviour and will even bring £20 for ice cream and other treats:)

WilsonFrickett · 30/06/2012 11:19

Lets all go and watch the yachts then go for icecreams and maybe a jug of Pimms somewhere with a beer garden...

LustingAfterMarkDarcy · 30/06/2012 11:24

Sounds like a good plan to me! I love a good sunny day with pimms :) count me in!
