I've just been leaping around on the bouncy stonehenge and not a leak nor a dribble!

I'm bloody knackered though.

Do your exercises!

SoleSource, why would men leak?

SoleSource · 29/06/2012 13:03

No idea why. Do they?

CointreauVersial · 29/06/2012 13:09

I thought I had a pelvic floor of steel, until I went to PGL last summer, and did some game on a trampoline that involved throwing a spongy netball up through a high hoop while bouncing.

The bounce and throw combo proved to be disastrous (cue swift exit from game and swift shuffle to the Ladies with legs tightly clenched Blush).

I had no idea bouncing was the acid test. Just as well as I bounced on a bouncy castle at my wedding reception (yep in full wedding finery) last year, aged 53 and a mother of three and grandmother of one.

Not a trickle!

smug face

I might buy a trampoline.
