My last nerve is shredding

All I want to do is come home and relax. Oh has been drinking all day for the tennis and football. I have to be up in 7 hrs. I just want to sit in silence and watch anything but sport

OP, you sound really unhappy. I don't think I've read your other threads, but it seems from posts here that you have other problems too. I know that leaving is not as easy as just saying it and then doing it, you have to be ready and in a position to do it. I'm not sure I have any advice really. Maybe point out to him that he's had all day to watch what he wants, and also that everything is normally repeated anyway, especially sport programmes.
