Had a BOGOF voucher, so off we trot and order 2 angus something or others, for £5.49 each. I come to pay and am told it is £6.49, when I questioned it the server said "Its a bit extra because of the voucher". I argued it but they refused to budge and clearly didnt see my point so I told them to keep it and went to Maccies! I only went to BK because of the voucher as I think they are too expensive for what you get.
Surely this isnt allowed? It says nowhere on the voucher that it will cost more, she couldnt show me any signage in the place that would indicate it either.
I am thinking of forwarding a copy of the voucher and a complaint to BK. Or is it probably not worth the hassle?
