My childhood rabbit was called Thumper because it thumped its foot like the one in Bambi. Sadly Pepsi brought her to my mum as a gift Sad

Beautiful. And the mum looks just like my dog.

I'm not keen on how the DM keeps going on about how much the litter is worth, it could encourage back yard breeders.

MrsVamos · 18/06/2012 17:05

Oh no. Sad

My first rabbit was white and called Snowy. He was lovely. Used to eat ice-cream and chewits.

He lived for 10 years. Which was quite good for a netherland dwarf. I adored that rabbit, and was gutted at 19 when he died !

We had quite a few rabbits. We did have 2 angora ones called Flopsy and Mopsy, who we thought were girls, until we discovered babies in the hutch one day. I think Flopsy died suddenly, and Mospy became a bit wild, so went to live in the gardens of an old people's home.

I don't have any rabbits anymore. 2 dogs, 3 cats, 1 hamster and 1 cockatiel. DH says that's enough for now.

(I was ignoring the fake willy thing - I didn't like to ask). Grin

Panda Blush forgot that was there. That was for another thread.

I don't have any pets now. Sad might have to get some fish so I can sit and talk about names for them.

MrsVamos · 18/06/2012 17:10

OOOh, you must get a pet of some sort. The naming is so rewarding ! Grin

HeadfirstForHalos · 18/06/2012 17:12

Thanks a lot Panda, my pc has just been hijacked for 10 minutes by my children squeeing at those pictures Grin

PandaWatch · 18/06/2012 17:19

Have they seen the second link for the police puppies? Grin

I love naming animals. I take a lot of consideration into it.

My mums dog Chelsea was named.after my brothers favourite team. I would have named her Damsel as from been a puppy she has always.needed rescuing from something or somewhere.

SPsFanjoHarboursDeadCats · 18/06/2012 17:55

MrsV when I get a pet you will be the first to know. Grin

LentillyFart · 18/06/2012 18:00

worra what a little cutie! He's adorable!
We lost our lovely mutt last year after 14 very happy years and I can feel us just about getting back into the zone. I'd absolutley love a Jack!

WorraLiberty · 18/06/2012 18:03

I kidnapped him from my neighbour's Niece, Lentilly Grin

Silly cow had 2 JR Terriers with their nuts still in tact, in a 2 bedroomed flat with 3 small kids.

She wondered why she couldn't cope Angry

But he's as mad as a box of frogs so he fits in well here Grin

BrianCoxhasSmellySox · 18/06/2012 18:54

I have a pic on my profile of my brother's Collie pup - he was 6 months old when it was taken, he was sunbathing in the back garden. So cute, I love Collies.

FWIW, my dog was from a litter of 13 (although sadly 1 died).

So, meh - 14?? That's not that special competitive dog owner

KurriKurri · 18/06/2012 20:32

Worra - love your little dog (I also have a JRT so biased no doubt Grin)

Does anyone else think the DM have muddled the name under the photo of the little girl? - It says 3 yr old Summer, but that looks more like a six yr old (Izzy) to me. Bet Izzy is cross if that is the case.
