Have been waiting for three weeks now for a card refund after my 11 week old son was rushed to hospital and I had to cancel my order. I have called the 3 times now and have been sent £15 worth of vouchers and assured it would be in my account today... It's not have just spoken to the bank and there is nothing pending. It's nearly £60! I need that money for food. I am actually so angry I am crying now.

how much altogether have you gotten back including vouchers? will teach them to better their customer service.

In total I received my full refund of jst over £60. £60 cash. And vouchers worth £40.
