Clothespegs are a good way to secure them (and lots of other things!)

pictish · 14/06/2012 13:07

I always take pegs camping - and metal s hooks.

SirEdmundFrillary · 14/06/2012 13:09

The fairy lights will love it.

badtasteflump · 14/06/2012 13:09

Do they need a holiday then? Confused

Noqontrol · 14/06/2012 13:12

Yes, you need fairy lights, they are a necessity Grin

watchoutforthatsnail · 14/06/2012 13:13

possibly they do, they work all year round, not just at xmas, to make my living room look all nice. 7 nights off, ina field, will do them the world of good. change being as good as a rest and all that.

YANBU - I'm taking my (homemade) bunting next camping trip and would have a tea light chandelier if DH didn't insist on an inner as he reacts badly to insect bites and solar powered fairy lights are next on my list. We go to a festival a couple of times a year and some of the tents and campers are beautifully done up.

lucysmum · 14/06/2012 13:16

solar powered fairy lights are fab and v small to pack. helps you see at night in tent so very practical really.....

watchoutforthatsnail · 14/06/2012 13:18

yes, and will help us locate our tent after night time wee's

seems they are a necessity, not sure how ive managed to camp without them in the past ;)

fruitysummer - Wee Bucket? Doesn't it niff? And what happens if it gets knocked over?

We have a bottle with a screw top (in case of accidents (arf)) and a funnel for the ladies

And will be looking for fairy lights now. Coloured ones too, SDTG! Grin

aquashiv · 14/06/2012 14:25

Goosfraba · 14/06/2012 16:29
