to want to buy a Father's Day card that just says "Happy Father's Day"?

All the cards I've seen have been totally inappropriate for my DF. He is teatotal, doesn't fish, never tells rude jokes about farting and to be honest is not the world's best father. Surely I am not the only one who just wants to wish their DF a happy day without being silly about it.

Why not buy some card and make a card? On mothers I got a card DS made at nursery that was a handprint tulip, it was lovely and personal but dead easy and quick to make and then you can write Happy fathers day on it and will look really thoughful!

I either get the kids to make a card or if I've left it too late we send an ecard.

I know this is a bit late for this year but I got both my dad and DH's cards from www.notonthehighstreet.com they do some really original ones, many can be personalised. Smile
