.....with baked beans is a random and a bit rubbish meal?

This is what my dh brought back from tesco.

The pizza has now just been delivered.

AIBU or am I a greedy cow?

My nanna made me eat it when I had no front teeth. Longest hour or so of my life. Haven't touched it since

I am fairly sure that sweetcorn is not even real food. It surely has no nutritional value as it comes out exactly the same as it goes in, like coins and bead

Makes mental note never to accept a dinner invite from MammaTJ :)

I love COTC, especially the young stuff that is sweet and begs and shouts for loads of butter and salt.
I ate a couple of sweetcorn ice creams in Thailand. That is a strange combo.

i had a husband, a long time ago. when i was pregnant he made one meal for me. pizza on baguette (a frozen delight around in the eighties) with... sliverskin onions in white wine sauce.

corn on the cob, nice enough occasionally. iet him have the beans. and make him sleep in the spare room.

tarty in the absence of a Gujerati area in County Meath combined with the sad fact that I am never in London except to do courses in remote hotels, I'll take your word for it or try to do my own on my Fyrkat!Grin

If I were on my own I might well eat that for supper (having added a hefty splash of Lea & Perrins to the beans). But I'd be extremely Hmm if someone else suggested it as suitable catering.

The crap thing about corn on the cob is the half an hour spent afterwards with the dental floss. Grin
