I'll stop buying them. They're 15 for heaven's sake and I have 62 odd socks, all girls, some only a couple of weeks old. Grrrrrrr!

In this house they go into the wash bin paired up, and get hung on the line in pairs so get matched up as I take them down - or from the tumble drier!

Ah,but we cant find the "wash bin paired up" bit in the first place.

Nobody has ever noticed as far as I am aware ,except my mum.
Purposely keep buying the same pretty rubbish washing machine,as so long as I dont overload it,clothes come out relatively wrinkle free.Wonderful!

I totally am OCD about socks, even the thought of wearing mismatched socks makes me feel uncomfortable. And wherever possible I match my socks to what else I'm wearing.

Why is it though, the moment you consign the odd socks to the bin, their other half turns up?

Last time I wore matching socks was in primary when all that was bought were the white ones with frills on

YANBU to not buy anymore socks, they have plenty.

YABU to worry about them matching. They can put them all loose into their sock drawer and as long as they have one on each foot, they will be fine.

Oh, I think i must be very OCD about socks - not only do they have to match each other but they have to match the rest of the outfit!

Matching socks are boring. Life is too short to get stressed over finding pairs, if they are there fine, if not don't worry about it... haha
