to wonder how people cope with plantar fascilitis?

On the back of another thread, just wondering how people have cured plantar fascilitis. Will be looking at mbt shoes.

I had insoles custom made - with 3 fitting appts they cost £180 (!!!) and they cripple my feet - what a complete waste of money!
