woke up (after 2 hours sleep) 1 1/2 hours late!!! 5 minutes before we needed to leave the house; kids as fresh as daisies!! I am hanging. At work, wondering how I will stay awake/not cry until the end of the day

I could hear 2 helicopters last night (don't know if they were Police though, didn't look).

They were hovering about for 20+ minutes.
Then they went. All quiet.
But I thought "What if the person they were looking for is still lurking? In my garden? Did I definately lock the back door?"

Couldn't sleep for ages (but also in lots of pain after a fall)
