re Dropping the kids off at the pool

I like to drop the kids off at the pool, they really seem to enjoy swimming, but I hate it, so I just drop them off and wave goodbye.

What I'm wondering is if I'm being unreasonable to use the p&c parking spaces while doing this.

Obviously they're big enough to be let go on their own, but they are still children after all, and when they've finished swimming they always look a little flushed, so I wouldn't want them to have to make a long journey to the pool as well.

AIBU, or just a bit shitty?

I think it's a bit crap if you make other people clean up after your kids tbh. So I take them home.

They are useful in the garden, they keep the neighbours' cats away.

You should only collect them afterwards if there is a p&c space big enough for your tank.

Do you, um, ever pick up anyone else's kids too? And look after them for a while?

Poulay · 15/05/2012 23:53

Well that's one of the reasons I use them tbh.

I have a big one, that produces lots of emissions, and it just won't fit in a normal sized space.

I wonder if it is better to use two normal spaces or one p&c. Confused

Well I think the Liberal Democrat attitude is very admirable on this issue TalcAndTurnips.

Mark Oaten used to be my MP, and I am in full agreement with him on this tissue.

Oh both I would say. Park diagonally across 2 normal spaces and 1 p&c

And what a fine, upstanding chap he turned out to be.

Hounded by the press for just doing what most politicians do, except in reverse Confused
