Dropped dd at nursery this morning and there is a sign on the door saying there have been 2 confirmed cases of chicken pox. I wasn't too worried as I always thought that chicken pox was one of those childhood things that u 'get out of the way' I also assumed that if they have only been confirmed over weekend or this morning (sign wasn't on the door on Friday), then chances are dd has already played with infected children and may already have it anyway. So I let her stay because she loves it so much. However on telling my mum about it she said I prob shouldn't have let her stay and now I feel awful. I'm at home with dc2 and I don't know if I should go and get dd from nursery. Would there be any point at this stage was ibu to have left her in the first place? She is 4 but dc2 is 15 months, was I wrong?
