When I was young I wanted a puppy exactly like that (though would have settled for pretty much anything vaguely canine). Never got one .

catgirl1976 · 13/05/2012 14:51

Buppy?

catgirl1976 · 13/05/2012 14:52

Buppy puppy has a ring to it actually :)

Nutty would be a good name then!Grin

SarahStratton · 13/05/2012 16:06

Stratters would be a great name for her. She is very squeeee.

MNP · 13/05/2012 16:08

Hully is good as is Hilly from an old tv series called Forever green and Hilly was needing love and I do think Rabid has a certain ring to it

ChippingInLovesEasterEggs · 13/05/2012 16:13

Perhaps after a week of having her you might prefer to rename her after another MNer - ChaorsTrulyReigns, for example

Thumb - I think you might be right Grin

8 weeks?? I didn't think they were allowed to leave their mum that young? She's tiny.

I love puppies and they always make me go 'awwwwww' - but honestly, I've just had a total rush of 'OMG she is adorable love-at-first-sight' If she turns into a ratbag by the end of the week and you want to rehome her, give me a yell Grin It's love.

You can't call her Hully.

HoneyDragonWearingLederhosen · 13/05/2012 16:18

I'd consider buppy but I think the line has to be drawn at Fanjo. She is very very squeeeeee.

I am Sad my old girl has gone and have clearly taken leave of my senses as she is vair naughty.

She seems to like Hully

What's wrong with Stratters? :(

stillawake · 13/05/2012 17:04

I think it may have been that particular poster that made me want to join. Never did respond to her post, though.

MeKathryn · 13/05/2012 17:07

We used to have a cat called chaos, well next door called her pipkin...

I'm jealous, I sooooo want a puppy, whatever it's called.

gafhyb · 13/05/2012 17:12

Hully is good. She will scatter joy wherever she goes.

I have noticed a trend for giving dogs peoples' names - Bert, Dave, Simon, and giving children dogs' names - Jasper, Rufus, Rover

gafhyb · 13/05/2012 17:13

Or call the puppy Get Away From Her You Bitch Wink. Very appropriate, Ithink

izzyizin · 13/05/2012 17:29

Aw, too cute. She certainly doesn't look like AnyFucker Grin

She's a Honey or a Holly Golightly. Or an Izzy which is an abbreviation of the Lady Isadora(ble) Hully-Gully + KC if she's registered.

Hullygully · 13/05/2012 17:34

I am both honoured and delighted my husband and I unaccustomed as I am

stifnstav · 13/05/2012 17:37

I would call her Biscuit or Leave The Bastard.

gafhyb · 13/05/2012 17:39

hully - you've got a lovely wet nose as well

Hullygully · 13/05/2012 17:41

And I am well known for having little accidents, prolific moulting and an incorrigible appetite. It's destiny.

MardyBra · 13/05/2012 17:43

Is she a Mardy bitch?

frowniefuckingface · 13/05/2012 17:50

Aww she looks my friends old dog Honey, Smile and Sad at the same time.

HecateTrivia · 13/05/2012 17:51

I think hully is a great name for a dog.

and imagine how useful it will be for outing local mners! When you call the dog's name and a passer by does a double take - MNer.

I think we should all name our pets after mners. It can be an alternative ID to the revolting scarf Wink

HoneyDragonWearingLederhosen · 13/05/2012 18:23

Aaaaah sorry Stratters but you don't end in the right letters

Hully, it may well be destiny. The little sod keeps passing out in the middle of the room for a snooze and expecting us all to step over her.

Dh loves HullyGully in full for her - oh what fun we can have spotting mnetters Grin I hadn't thought of that.

How about Cunny? :o
