If anybody can figure out how to incorporate the Welsh flag, Cornish flag and the Yorkshire flag(I don't know, but I bet they have one) into the Union Flag, suggest it.

Scouts and guides used to be very keen on flags and learning all the verses of God save the queen.

Actually the St Patrick flag is for all Ireland, not just NI.

To include NI but exclude the Republic of Ireland you'd have to remove the St Patrick red diagonals and plonk a Red Hand of Ulster in the middle:
